Meet Gabe Moen.

Gabriel Moen is a certified vertical diet nutritionist, the creator of Death to Dad Bods, and the founder of GStandard Nutrition LLC. At a very young age Gabriel had the desire to become a nutrition coach who was recognized worldwide, and with determination decided to join the fitness industry in 1994 by way of weightlifting. His passion for the industry quickly transpired into bodybuilding, personal training, nutrition coaching and the culmination of GStandard Nutrition LLC.

In the past 25 years, Gabriel has worked with some of the greatest coaches including being mentored by Stan Efferding. He has had extensive training and experience in body transformation, nutrition coaching, and fitness club management. Gabriel has earned a contract with Mutant Supplements and titles such as Washington State Super Heavyweight Champ, Emerald Cup 2008 Super Heavyweight Champ, and Tacoma Gold’s Classic Super Heavyweight Champ. Gabriel uses his knowledge, dedication, and passion for body transformation to run GStandard Nutrition LLC.

Gabriel has shown a great commitment to bodybuilding, the fitness industry, and being a successful body transformation coach. His effort and devotion has proven to help his clients achieve their body goals while providing a safe environment for them to thrive. He has helped his clients as well as contestants of the Death to Dad Bods 90 Day Challenge lose a total of over 1,000 pounds. Through decades of hard work in the fitness industry, Gabriel has sculpted not only a remarkable physique but also a true champion’s mindset which is evident in his bodybuilding and success with GStandard Nutrition LLC.
